What We Believe

A Christian school grounded in the Word.

Who We Are

Peak STEM Christian Academy is an independent Christian elementary school. Everything we teach, from reading and character to mathematics and the sciences, rests on the inspired Word of God.

We are not controlled by any church or denomination. Instead, we stand alongside Christian families and the local churches they attend, partnering in the sacred charge to form wise, capable, and faithful leaders.

Our Statement of Faith

  • •The Bible. We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, authoritative Word of God and the supreme standard for faith and conduct. “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” 2 Timothy 3:16.
  • •God. We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14.
  • •Jesus Christ. We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man; that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died as a substitute for sinners, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will personally return. Matthew 1:23; Hebrews 4:15; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Acts 1:9-11.
  • •Humanity. We believe every person is created in the image of God and has inherent dignity and worth, and that all have sinned and need salvation. Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23.
  • •Salvation. We believe salvation is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and not by works. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:” Ephesians 2:8.
  • •The Holy Spirit. We believe the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, regenerates, indwells, and empowers all who believe. John 16:8; Titus 3:5; 1 Corinthians 6:19.
  • •The Church. We believe all believers form the body of Christ and are called to love God and their neighbors. 1 Corinthians 12:27; Matthew 22:37-39.
  • •Resurrection and Judgment. We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved to eternal life and the lost to judgment. John 5:28-29.
  • •Family and Education. We believe parents have the primary responsibility for training their children, and that schools partner with families in that work. We believe truth in every discipline, including science and mathematics, reflects the Creator's order. Proverbs 22:6; Ephesians 6:4; Colossians 1:16-17.

What This Looks Like in the Classroom

Our statement of faith is not a dormant document in a handbook; it shapes the atmosphere and academic rigor of every school day:

  • •God’s Word at the Center: Scripture is taught as living truth, not an optional morning devotional. Biblical wisdom frames our discussions, guides our problem-solving, and anchors our standard of character.
  • •One Cohesive Truth: We do not separate faith from science or mathematics. Because the universe was crafted by an orderly Creator, scientific exploration and mathematical logic are ways of discovering His order.
  • •Honoring Parental Leadership: We believe parents have the primary responsibility for training their children. We maintain open communication, a transparent curriculum, and mutual trust with families to support parents in raising godly young people.
  • •Leadership Modeled on Christ: Students practice G.R.I.T., which stands for Godliness, Resilience, Integrity, and Thoughtfulness, learning to lead teams with humility, resolve, and a genuine heart to serve others.
